Whew!!! After all this trouble, we worked out a way for her to buy it. It's a win-win situ! We don't have to tear down the deck and she gets a new home. It's a lot bigger than she has. She was practically in tears after paying a deposit. Then she pays the rest out of the SSI check back pay thingy.
So, I guess after all is said and done, it was worth it. We helped out a friend and she helped us out. Just had to put up with some non-sense from some tire-kickers. I've taken the ad off of craigslist.
Now to get busy moving our stuff out to the new house!!
