I can't help but be entranced by them. They are like little jewels buzzing around.

We put a feeder out every year for the hummingbirds. Especially at dusk they are crazy. My Dad has had them rest on his shoulders and his hat. I like them but I like them away from my head.

Hope all your days are Sunnydays.

You're taking your life in your hands when you walk out our front door, especially at dusk! They sure are assertive little so-and-so's for being so little. Even our poor dog isn't immune from the fly-by buzzings. :)

I had one outside my craft room window this afternoon. It is a little early for them to be here, but I was thrilled to see it!
Glad to know they are out and about all over. :)

I think our apple tree will be blooming her in the next 3-4 weeks. I bet they will be back by then for us!

I haven't seen any here yet. They usually come to the living room window and tell me they are back. They have a tree they build their nests in every year. It's so fun to watch them. But they sure can be mean little buggars. And very selfish, too. Only one bird at a feeder.

Have fun with yours. Kris

Wow Julie! This morning I woke up to bird song for the first time! I should start thinking about getting a hummingbird feeder out, but I think I have time yet. The only flowers that are up are dafodils, tulips and crocuses.
