This is the book that I just happened upon at the bookstore the other day and it is nothing short of delightful!

If you haven't had the pleasure of reading it yet, go get it!

It's a slice of life with recipes that follow. So much fun and to my utter enjoyment I found out that the author Molly Wizenberg has a blog called: http://orangette.blogspot.com/

I just visited it for the first time and it's lovely. She makes me think that perhaps somewhere not too deep down, there's a book in me too!

Who knows.

Regardless, if you have a moment check the book and the blog out!

Hugs,

Linder

Are you going to have a web site about your shop?

Will have to check this one out! Sounds really good, thanks for sharing! Since we opened our Primitives and Antiques shop, at "Ye Olde Homeplace" I have slowed down on my crafting. Which is not a good thing, because that's the kind of things we sell in our shop + antiques. But it seems by the time I get home I just want to flop on the couch. Saddd. Maybe the book will get my keester in gear, lol.

If you're asking yourself if it's the blues...it probably is....take the plung...do something creative...it will make you feel sooooo much better.....

I'm a country mouse, not a city mouse....I'd freak out living in Chicago!...
Whenever I question why I'm sitting on a farm doing farmwork and working myself to death, I go to Columbus, Ohio for the day and surely my attitude is different when I arrive home....I just need a reality check sometimes....eh?

Oh wonderful!

Let me know what you think! My face has been buried in it since I started it yesterday and oddly enough has inspired me to start creating which is a blessing because I haven't done much cooking, baking or crafting since I moved to Chicago 8 months ago.

Maybe a mild case of the blues?
