Posted - Mar 21 2009 : 11:57:59 AM you are bottle-feeding your 2 week old baby boer buckling- in bed cause you don't feel well, and he does his little,'heh, heh, heh' while he drinks, then after he finishes his outside, "dirty business", the kids bring him back in to me and he falls asleep nestled in the crook of my arm. I love my little Big Daddy baby goat. (Maybe I'm a bit silly having him in bed with me- but he is clean-and wrapped up in a baby romper- and he feels comfortable!)

Posted - Mar 21 2009 : 8:59:37 PM Oh I totally get it. My little lambies are two years old now but I still fondly remember bottle feeding them and all the appreciative little noises they made. I swear my "milk almost dropped" taking care of those two! I will cherish that time with them forever. That is so sweet he was cuddled up in bed with you. I get all gooey inside just thinking about it. I do, however, hope you feel better soon. : ) Kiss the top of his little head for me, kay? |
