Hi All!

Sorry if I have been quiet lately. I have been trying to come on morning, midday and evening as a treat to myself. It's midterms and time for me to really get cracking with some of my courses, plus we are in the middle of a move so that is going to take some time.

Wish me luck! I am re-reading/re-studying my micro economics. Of all my courses, this one worries me the most!

Anyone really great with Micro Econ?

Thanks ladies!

I got some good studying in this morning and also some things around the house done. I even got a small load taken to the new house and put away! I am looking forward to studying while Nora takes her nap and then getting at least one more load packed and moved over to the new house before I need to go get my husband from work. Thank goodness I have today to study and most of tomorrow. The test isn't due until around 11pm tomorrow night (online class). So I am feeling much less panicked.

Thanks Mary Jane! I think that is exactly what I needed to hear right now. I just got another task added to my plate. I have been helping my elderly neighbor a couple times a week as she is house bound and Hospice helps care for her too. Today I got home and the ambulance was taking her away. So until further notice I am also kitty sitting her two cats. I am not sure if she will ever return home. We think she cracked some ribs falling earlier this week.

Alee, you do have your plate full right now honey! I give you so much credit. I don't know how you girls do it all sometimes. I see my own daughter going to school (she is getting her RN degree),working 12 hour midnight shifts Friday-Sunday, plus she has 3 kids a husband and dogs and cats.We don't even need to mention the housework. Thank goodness my grand daughter is a big help to her. I help a lot with the kids and their school. She is 42 and is an LPN now.I am so proud of her for going on in school. I listen to you and to Heather and the other girls and I am in awe of you! Keep on going, the end results will be so gratifying for all of you. Just wanted to let you know someone understands and is so proud of you.

Hugs, MJ

Alee, don't forget to take 15 minutes for yourself to just sit and stare at nothing if you want!

Thanks Victoria!

I got a really good long nights sleep last night so hopefully I will have energy and drive to get things done today!

I think I am going to set a timer in the kitchen for 15 minutes.

First I will study my Micro Econ for 15 minutes.
Then I will take things out to the Van to take to the new house for 15 minutes
Then I will pack for 15 minutes
Then clean for 15 minutes.

I think by breaking it up in 15 minute increments it will seem less imposing and I will get lots done.

Thanks ladies! I feel really torn this week. I need to devote me energy to this class and the weekly work for a couple of others, but then again we are in the middle of a move! Yikes!

Umm....not me, but good luck to you! I completely understand about taking the time to study and using the forum as a treat. Today is the first day back for me, and it still seems like a luxury!

Best of luck with your courses!!!
