I can't have stuff like that much due to being Diabetic type 2.

OMG, I love your blog!! But could you please post the recipe for the pie. I can't see videos with dial-up. Poor me. But I would love to make the pie when Lent is over. I have given up sweets for 6 weeks but this could be my first thing to eat when it's over.
