Regardless of whether you're a published writer, a blogger, poet, or keep a personal journal, etc., you're a writer, so what subject(s) do you write about most. How do you get you ideas; what inspires you?

I'm totally into writing (past experiences, present happenings, poetry, sometimes just simple thoughts on scrap paper, stories for children...etc.) REGARDLESS OF WHO READS IT....I just NEED to write to feel whole.

A couple of years ago took an extensive course in writing via the internet. The most important thing I learned was NOT to write for others but to write what you feel strongly about whether others like it or not!

OK..let's hear it.

I enjoy writing too, all forms really. I used to write some poetry and song lyrics, but haven't done that in a while. Right now about the only thing I write fairly regular in is a weather/seasonal journal where I post observations. I like to go back and re read those entries and do comparisons. And every once in a while I update my blog. *blush*

good post! I love to write, I have found strength in my own words after going back and re-reading stuff. I truely believe it brings me closer to my own heart [which is something very important that people sometimes don't realize] through expressing my feelings , good, bad, or indifferent with others. I want to make a real transition in my writing though....and start logging it in on my blog rather than the writing journal by the bed. I really want to keep an electronic account of thoughts.
