I have gone back to commercial cleaning products. Now, I am a get down on your hands and knees kinda cleaner and I clean pretty much everyday. I love to deep clean but the vinegar/baking soda/ combos are not working for me. The kitchen floor was a disaster and I have been cleaning with vinegar, hot water and other things, pretty much every other day. I used an eco friendly but bleaching agent product today and my goodness, it made the floor look brand new and my mop and water was filthy!!! ICKY!!! So, I decided to limit myself to only eco friendly products, but I need something stronger than vinegar. I know..bad...but I can't help it!!!

I use Eco products to clean my house with too.. But I use my homemade laundry powder and will not go back to commercial brands.

Heather, I have the same problem. I tried all natural too, but here in the country they just weren't enough. With the dogs and my husband, not to mention grandkids and spring mud, I needed more! The Eco products are good.

Hey sometimes a farmgirls gotta do what works best for her! I use the hot water & vinegar only on my ceramic floors and commercial cleaners on my hardwood & Pergo. The important thing is a house that makes you happy!
