Posted - Feb 08 2009 : 8:36:44 PM I have been watching a show called, "You are what you eat" It a fantastice show where a Dr. takes apart what someone eats and then tells them what they should be eating. It is a British show and peoples weight there is measured in "stones" so someone could be 20 stone over weight. What is a stone?
