It was just warm enough today for awhile that I opened some windows, and I took a picture of one of my favorite things, Curtains blowing in the wind.

ooh ooh me too me too! It was gorgeous here today! I hung my laundry out and before the second load was done washing, the first load was dry already!! I wish it would stay .:) It was nice to get out and breath nice fresh air and enjoy the breeze. I even went tromping through the mud in my barefeet....YAY!!!

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, cookies in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming. "WOOHOO, What a Ride!"

I did the same thing here! It was gorgeous and made me hit the seed catalogs one more time.

It still looks awfully white outside your windows. It was really that warm?

It felt wonderful here this weekend too. We aired the house out and I went out barefoot for a bit. It felt so good after all the winter stuff last week.

We have had two wonderful days, too. The backdoor has been open and the screen door is so nice to look out of and to hear the birds.
I think, Nancy Jo, that when you go to heaven, God will have a sunlit window with a curtain blowing softly set aside just for you to sit beside.....and here on earth your headstone could say "The answer is blowing in the wind."

Oh, Nancy Jo! ISn't it wonderful! I have all my windows open and it is 65 and I have been outside collecting kindling. Plenty of wood available now and for a long time to come after that ice storm. There are still folks here without electricity but every day it gets less and less.
I have so much catching up to do on your blog! I looked at your food and had to go in the kitchen and get some cookies to eat....I will touch base with you tomorrow....I was just exhausted this week...I think the adrenaline rush during the "blackout" left me drained but today I have my mojo back and I am a busy little bee around here. What a gorgeous day for both of us! LOve ya!
