Just getting ready for our weekly "night out." Even though I haven't worked outside the home for nearly 10-months we still keep our weekly ritual of all of us sitting down together for dinner out once a week. It may sound extravagant, but it's something we all look forward too even if it is only Applebee's! My kids are growing up so fast. Hannah, 16, busy with forensics, getting her driver's license and with "crew" meetings for the annual high school play, it can get pretty crazy around here. Elliott is my rock. He's still young enough to want to be home with the old folks for now! How quickly will that change?

Have a good evening farmgirls. Stay warm!!

We do that too. One of my favorite things to do is go for a picnic in a park. Sometimes even in the cooler weather. With the warmer temps coming this weekend I'd like to try and do that, even just to get outside in the sun is good by me after all this gloomy weather we've been having lately.

That sounds like a really nice ritual and I definitely think it's worth keeping. "Only" Applebees?...I love Applebees but don't get there often.
