Oh, cool. I already have some of that out in the shed. Now I just need the snow and rain to go away!

You can take the farmer's daughter off the farm but you can't take the farm out of the farmer's daughter!!

Hi Mary! What I used around the firepit was 1/4" wire mesh. It worked so good! It made for a clean pit. Dug down in the soil a little for the dutch oven cooking and then added lots of firewood for toasting us nice and warm at night! The rocks built up around the side was great for the gals to put their coffee pots on! Have fun cooking!

Hugs,

Those are the cutest trailers! Now I want one!

I have a question about your firepit. Is that metal sheeting or screen forming the circle around your firepit? I have 2 dutch ovens I haven't taken the time to use in a while, but I am sure getting the hankering to.

Isn't MaryJane Lee's trailer the cutest thing????
I love that you can gather up any wheres froma few to over 100 ladies of different, race, religion, education, political stance, moms, widows, doctors, judges, law enforcement(we have them all) and come together to play "cowgirl", fish, gab, cook, laugh & even have a "Prom Nite" in the middle of a camp ground in the middle of a desert or forrest..... it is great not to mention hysterical. Yep, some even wear crowns while others cowgirl hats. Oh & then there is our very own MaryJane Lee#595 with her trade mark Pink Cowgirl Boots!
MaryJane Butter's has an upcoming article about Sisters on the Fly in her next magazine, needless to say, there are probablly 1,020 "Sisters on the Fly" sisters waiting at the news stand for this magazine to come out! lol!
I emailed Maurrie our Big Sister #1 to see about putting out a shout for the WA, ID & OR & any other SOTF sisters to come join in the fun at the BBB (Boot, Barter & Boogie) this July 3-5, 2009....so you all mark your calenders too! Be there, for the fun & festivities.....

LOVE IT!!! When are you going to make it back up to Julian??? Don't forget to email me before you do. I think I have to convince my dear husband that one of these little vintage babies is what we need...

How wonderful! Your camper is so cute, and I love the pillows and all the decorations. The desert looks very appealing to me just now...

I sooooo love your camper! That is just too cute. I love all the ruffles and lace. Your feather bed looks incredibly comfy. Way cool. Thanks for sharing that.
