I have been doing my normal thing everyday, sleeping the same amount- nothing much changes in my routine. But this afternoon I spent the day in bed (thank you to my husband!!) and just relaxed. I read a book until I fell asleep for about 3 hours.

This evening I am feeling so much more aware! I feel like I have awoke from a dream. I know I will sleep tonight as I am already starting to feel sleepy again. I am wondering how sleep deprived I must have been to make me need so much sleep!

I think it is when you listen to your body, you get exactly what you need. Honestly, there are days I wake up and go "Ok, everything off the agenda that I can get because I am not functioning at full capacity." Those days, I usually take long, slow strolls and eat light and just rest and drink water.
