I just sent off my Sony Cybershot camera to be repaired. My husband bought it for me last February as a belated Birthday/Christmas Present. It managed to strip it's gears that control the lenses sometime around April/May. It has been broken since. I have called Sony a couple of times and they said they would repair it no problem... The problem was on my end. I could never seem to get everything all lined up at the right time- but I finally got it all sent off to Sony today! Hurray! They say it will take about 8-10 days and then I will have my camera back! I can't wait!

Alee, I think cameras are just the greatest things. I love pictures, especially family pictures. I love looking at pictures and seeing how people change over time! Have fun taking many new pictures!
