I was eating supper about an hour ago; I was putting my bowl down with my left arm and reaching over
Then, ouch!!
I don't know if I pulled a muscle or what; but it hurts with certain ways I move it.
Seems like I am always doing stuff like that lately,
Ouch !

It's hxxx to get old! I'm doing stupid stuff like that too. I'll feel a twinge and think, now what did I do?
