It is qualtity rather that quantity that matters.

How true this is.
Some times, one may rush to get an order out because of a deadline
But, is the qualtity of the product still good?
I think I would rather have qualtity rather than quantity.
Two much of one thing is okay ; if only the product is the best that it can be.
Thought:
That is how I would like to achieve the things I do in a day.
Not the quantity and amount of work
But the qualtity.
If it is hastily done the finshed product isn't very good.

I agree. I look for one of a kind things sometimes too.. not mass produced.

This is so true. I think that's why farmgirls value handmade over store bought so often, the quality is there. Someone has put their time and effort into making something worthwhile.

That's right. It's a total waste of time, too. When something's not done right and you have to go back and redo it, think of all the time you've just wasted when you could be off doing something else.

I try to think this way when I am doing anything. My time is too valuable to have to go back and redo when it should have been done right and good the first time. I tell my grandkids that. Why bother doing it if it's not done right the first time around?

Good point, Sheila. I don't think alot of children are taught to do this. Just hurry up and get it done and let's go. No thought put into it at all. Just do it.

This is why I like homemade local products because there has been so much more put into the making of that product and most of the time you are thought of in the process. Unlike big box stores that make things one after the other with no thought as to where it's going or who will be using it. i like buying from my farmgirl sisters, too, because I know how much time and effort has been put into it. And I know it will last so much longer than manufactured stuff.

So quality really does matter. Kris
