Frannie asked on another topic to see some of my primitives. I am going to try to post a photo here of one of my angels.
Now we will see if it works.
Eileen
Well I can see that this did not work with snapfish so I will have to try another route. You can view an album of them at,

http://www.snapfish.com/share/p=929221135281969207/l=72310947/otsc=SYE/otsi=SALB

You can see a slide show of them by clicking on the first photo and then when it comes up click on the slideshow.

I did just up load a dozen more photos to the album in the link above.
I do have a passion for primitives and could probably take about a billion picts to share however it might take months. It is a good way to document my collection though. Good idea Frannie asking me to add to the album.
I also have a passion for the furniture style "Waterfall" from the 20s and 30s. Got my first bedroom set with the first fixer upper house we bought as it was left behind. Have had a love affair with it ever since and wish I could find a cabinet like the one in the background of Monicas apartment in the TV sitcom "Friends". Saw one episode of that program and fell madly in love with that cabinet, have been looking for one ever since. Have found lots of other pieces but nothing as spectacular as that cabinet.
Makes me think, I should document that collection too.
Gee I could be taking photos and making albums for weeks.

Mini, It is a LOT of Work to have a gift show in your home. The group I belonged to had at least 12 members every year so we could divide the work load around so none of us was totally overwhelmed. It was held at my home for 3 years in a row and was an incredible amount of work. Also a lot of cleaning to do after with all the foot traffic through my house. I was so glad when we were given model homes to use for our shows the subsequent years!
I have not made any new decorations in about ten years. I do still make all our gifts though.
I do teddy bears too. Those i still do.

Eileen.....I have just looked at all your pictures....What a nice range of Christmas decorations you have made....Do you still make any....One of my daughters and I had a Christmas Bazar for several years...We use to make things all year then have the bazar at her home which we decorated for Christmas and had the things for sale in and around our things but seperate...We did very well but stopped eventually as it was lots of work for 2 people...I still make a few things but mostly make my miniature teddy bears now...Have a Merry Christmas.

Hugs, Mini

Thanks Jenny, My Husband built the shelf for me about 25 years ago and most of the year it holds my herbal and gardening books but this time of year I always move the books to a spot on the bedroom floor and use the shelf for display. This tiny space we live in does not give much space for decorations and a 35 year collection takes up a lot of space. I took 2 more large grocery store sacks full of decorations to the thrift store this year! Someone else might just as well get some use out of them. I made most of the primitives myself when I was making them to sell through our christmas gift show a group of women I belonged to called "The Gingham Goose Gift HOuse" We had a show every year for at least 12 years and after I left town I think they still did it for a few more years.I made things I would like to have too so if they did'nt all get sold I would have one too. Worked out well.
Think I ended up with one of just about everything that I liked.
