About every 20 years or so we actually get sneaux (snow) on the Gulf Coast and this was the year!!!!!!!!!
It came completely unexpectedly and very early in the morning!
I was up waiting on news about my son who was taken to emergency surgery for an appendectomy- so I was wide awake!!!!

We got the whole deal- don't laugh you north-living gals- it's amazing to us down here!!!

Mama's wake up the kids and daddies and all the rules are out the window- YA GET OUTSIDE-at 3 IN THE MORNING -and play IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!It won't be here long........

it's already 75degrees here! See what I mean???

Blessings,
Autumn

How awesome Autumn!!
We haven't had any snow really here in our area. I would like just a little bit to cover everything and make it look beautiful.

That's so wonderful! And enough to build a snowman, even!

Sounds just like southern snow. We get it for maybe 10 minutes and it's gone, too. But it is exiting when it's here.

I bet people there panic like they do here when they hear the S word. Everyone goes to the store as fast as they can to get bread and milk. Thankfully I make my own now and have goats to milk. It's so funny because then the news people go, too, to show it on the news, all the empty shelves. It's funny how people panic around here. Schools shut down and businesses close. Then we get a few snow showers and it's all done.

we did have a bad blizzard back several years ago. No power for weeks and just a mess. I guess we all remember that.

Kris

Just now saw the snowman! Cute!!

I would love to have your snow. We have a good threat of ice to develop throughout today and then more to come later tonight. :(
