I must say I did pretty good today. I posted pictures. Now I think I will go out in the cold wind and collect some more leaves for the ole phone book press. I loved the way the ones I framed came out, so thought I better get some more in case I have another idea before the leaves are gone for this year.

Nancy Jo, you are definitely the best thrift shopper of all time. Isn't it great when you discover something from your childhood? I remember once getting a pie plate, cream china with lumpy green leaves on the edge that matched the casserole dish my mother had. It got smashed some how, but I did enjoy having that comfort from an old familiar item. Your wooden bowl is great, i used to have a salad bowl like that, at least that is what I used it for....And of course Ma's Cooking, I too feel drawn to those old recipe pamphlets, so this has been great, I can admire your treasure and not have to venture into any junkstores. I am in the midst of a big prepare for winter organization project so i can't bring anything in. Once again, thanks for posting....
