I am so proud of my chickie..well "Rooster chickie." Of course it's been 6 years since the last hatching for me and "I have so much to learn according to the new parents" Things are done diffently now..in 2008. Where did these New rules on newborn chicks come from? ...I smile and remind my son.. how he survived 18 years at home with me as his mother.(along with his two sisters) and that they as New parents had a lot to learn as Charlie developes and I was going to be here watching how he turns out.. Seriously I know Things do change.. But Loving them is still #1 rule and I know They will be wonderful parents. Stop take a peek at the "Boy". I will post more as the days unfold here in the Denver coop....if I'm not in the doghouse..
