We're still having a bit of a shortage around here. There was only "regular" available this morning and it was almost $4.00 a gallon. I heard that some folks paid $10.00 a gallon last week during the time when gasoline was hard to find at all. Folks were lining up at 3 am to pay that! (Those vendors are being investigated now, thank goodness.) Hope we see cheaper prices soon...

We're still at around $3.50 here. I did see a $3.47 the other day, closer to the Oregon border - gas is always cheaper down there. It will definately be cause for celebration if I ever see
2 anything on a sign around here!

Oh phooey

I paid 3.65 this a.m.

Y'all hear how NC is one of the most expensive states?

It's a !@#$ rip if you ask me!

I recall paying .99 back in 1998. This was when I was living in Orlando for a time. Good thing 'cause the commute to work was a killer!

Wow, I wish it was that low here. We are paying in the Chicagoland area $3.79 a gallon still. No idea why we are higher then everyone else.

Well gals,

Seems like there may be a tiny silver showing up on the lining of the economic clouds after all! The economy maybe tanking but now we're not being charged as much for gas. It's $3.19 here in Maryland.

$3.49 here, but hoping we will someday see under $3.00. I still remember when, about a year or two after we first got married, my husband and I were outraged when gas went over $1.00 a gallon! My how times have changed!

Hugs & blessings,

Brenda

Wow! I had a feeling gas could possibly get that low again. I just thought it would take longer to get there.
We're still at over $3. This morning when I left town, gas was 3.23/gal. Late this afternoon, it was down to 3.19.
Woo Hoo I can't wait till it drops here!
