When you have 600 messages!
Okay, so they weren't all new, but I have a bad habit of reading, replying etc and then not sorting or deleting anything! LOL
Today my email program spazzed out on me and moved my whole inbox into the trash. So for the last 2 hours, yes! 2 Hours!! I have been sorting and moving because guess what else isn't working? That button that selects the whole page? Yup.
So it's a blessing in disguise. This needed to be done badly and I have found a few emails that I want to revist. So over all it works out great but still, I would have much rather been here chatting with you all!

Marian- that is what I need to start doing! I went from something like 600 in my inbox and about another 200 in my delete box to none in my delete and about 100 in my inbox that just need sorted now.

I often, after reading the email, delete it. Goes to me delete box and at the end of the day, when i close down my puter, the delete box is emptied automatically.
The emails I wanna keep i have special folders, so put them in there after reading.
Keeps my mailbox to a minimum and just have the special emails in folders.
I only wish the rest of my house/life was as organized as my email, lol
