YEA! Glad to hear that Carol Sue arrived safe and sound. There will be no kidnapping of ANY of "my" Washington Girls; I just won’t have it~ (LOL) and no defecting either CS. Thinking about you all, have a blast and share every detail.

Miss Wilma, the cookies will be shipping out this morning. You should get them on Saturday. I hope your postman delivers to you in the morning so they don't come in after your shindig is over :( I so wish I could be there in person. Maybe next year, if this is going to be an annual thing.
I've so wanted to get out to KY for some time now. Actually, I've been hoping to drive out that way because I really need to pick up my Grandma's secretary in Buffalo (a family friend is holding it for me). I keep having this daydream that I'll drive out to Buffalo, pick up the secretary and then stop and visit everybody on a detour through KY! I might have to wait for the price of gas to come down, though. We would have to drive our truck to do this and that thing is something of a gas pig.
I really want to see pics and hear all about the stories.

Carol Sue is in KENTUCKY!!!!! We picked her up and she's in her comfy room at the Holiday Inn! Can't wait for tomorrow! I think she should move here! We need to kidnap her! :D

Isnt that one a winner.. Although I have to tell you, I about cried a river of tears today laughing over a pillow I saw that Miss Wilma did and has on her blog.... it says "raising kids if like being pecked to death" and it has a hen on it....... So that is my saying for the day! LOL

Me thinks the get together at Miss Wilma's is going to be a preveiw of the one in Idaho next summer. What they don't think to do at this one will surely be done at the next. Ya know Miss Wilma, they don't call this the Wild West for nothing. I'll have to bring my 8x10 glossy photos to show just how wild I was in the early 70's. One thing to say who you partied with, another to have the photos to prove it :) Miss Wilma is breaking in her boots when she can, so she can dance the night away.
If the Ky meet is going to be annual, I'll have to start saving for that too. Fully intend to be at the ID meet, it won't take so much for gas or planes. |

I want all the details the VERY MINUTE you get back. Give Miss Wilma a HUGE hug for me, gather all the gals together for a photos and send it to me for my desk... hey instead, can I just jump in your suitcase?
Hey CS~ find all of Miss Wilma's beautiful pillows and make her sit in the very midst of them for a picture. I am re-doing my guest room .. I will print the photo and frame it for the guest room :)..
OK Miss Wilma it is my turn to save the egg money for next year.. there...

We're ready to catch you when you jump off the plane, Carol Sue! I said in the other post that I'll be the one carrying the wooden purse. I'll put the lid up so you can see your name! LOL!!! We'll be going to Wilma's early on Thursday, so we'll start with breakfast so we'll have enough energy to keep up with Wilma. Although I don't know if there's really any way to keep up with her! She's like the energizer bunny!!!! Oh, yes, I almost forgot, Carol Sue.....my dh has a few tricks up his sleeve across the river. The nice folks at the Holiday Inn want you to have a restful sleep, so they are giving you a room on Wednesday night! Then we will pick you up and we'll do breakfast and get on the road for Wilma's!
