Posted - Sep 03 2008 : 07:37:37 AM Good Mornin' Ladies! Frannie, I do that often. I just can't always sleep at night and my mind gets to workin' on things and up I stay until 2 or 3. Take that nap, hammocks are fun!
Rene, I want to make a tin lady too or at least a scarecrow. Our far flung chapter is doing a couple of swaps, and I would like to do a chapter fun box, cook book and maybe a sew-a-long
I am trying to get the time to finish an apron and start a new one as well as starting a big ol' puffy patchwork quilt for the bed (a very overly ambitious project for some gal who has never quilted! haha)I always have a zillion projects dashing around in my head
I was thinking also of making little quilted squares with favourite farm girl sayings on them. I don't know what I'll do with them yet, but a little wall quilt comes to mind =)

Posted - Sep 03 2008 : 06:40:58 AM Annika, We are preparing for a "sew in" ~ to get some aprons done. Also hoping to have QueenofQuitealot come down from her kingdom West of us and teach a class on Soap Making~ Now that fall is almost here we should have more time for all this "fun stuff". Personally I am working on a "cold Frame" and a tin woman for the back yard... How about you?
