FANCY NANCY .. with her curly red hair and cute green eyes .. her adorable outfits .. all FANCY of course!! i got her for Sofia's second birthday party .. and she's soooo darn cute .. that Wednesday and i have decided to have her as sofia's THEME at her party instead of princesses! ISN'T SHE ADORABLE!!!!!!!! CLOSE UP OF HER CUTE FACE AND 'FANCY JEWELS' SOFIA'S MATCHING 'FANCY NANCY' DRESS! lacy lavendar and net crinolin! (gittin' Posh Puppy too!) got this for sofia to wear at the party .. there is at least one other little matching dolly/little girl dress too .. gotta' find it!! our target didn't have it. Fancy nancy has a deep purple outfit, ballet outfit, this one and her 'posh puppy one' that matches the little girl's dress. so far .. i've found these three books at our Barnes and Noble: THE BOOKS ARE ADORABLE!!!! I'M GOING TO GET EVERY ONE OF THEM FOR SOFIA! each has a dear 'moral' .. and it teaches 'fancy' words such as GORGEOUS .. and ELEGANT and EXTRAORDINARY .. Fancy Nancy LOVES 'french' .. and teaches some fun french terms too in these dear little books! I LOVE HER 'BEAUTIFUL' CROWN AND HER 'MORE IS BETTER' BOOK! "THIS IS MY ROOM BEFORE I MADE IT FANCY" (MA MERE'S STYLE OF DECORATING) 'GRAMMIE HAS BEEN HERE!!!' THIS ONE IS ALL ABOUT HOW SHE DESPERATELY WANTS A 'SMALL' FANCY DOG! SHE HAS DRESSED HER 'LITTLE SISTER' UP LIKE A PUPPY TOO! SOOOOOOOOO ISZABEL!!!! MY MISSION IN LIFE IS TO MAKE TONS OF 'FANCY' CLOTHES FOR SOFIA AND ISZABEL TOO SOMEDAY! SOFIA .. "IS" 'FANCY NANCY' .... THE DRAMA QUEEN DOESN'T GET HER WAY! oh lordy! i've seen sofia do this VERY theatrical posture when she didn't get her way! I SWEAR .. SOFIA MUST HAVE POSED FOR THESE DRAWINGS! i will never forget the day .. i saw her stand and bend half way t'il her head touched the ground ... her 'suffering' pose .. again .. cuz' things weren't swingin' in her direction! (i've been giving her 'whining' lessons!) oh .. the little dress above is the one that you can also get in a child's size! SOMEDAY .. sofia will have this HAIR too (jus' like her grammie and fancy nancy!) p.s. actually .. both lucas and sofia are dear-hearted little souls .. very well behaved .. and kind .. i don't think lucas ever went through the 'tryin' twos .. but sofia every now and then makes up for it! it is actually seldom that i see her like this .. her mom was always angelic .. and i love the little bit of 'spit-fire' i see in sofia! Ha! i'm thinkin' of doin' jus' that! oh mary beth .. i will surely take pics to share .. sofia loves FANCY everything! even got a few messages from friends who thought i'd done gone and lost my PRIMITIVE mind! ha! i told them that i have always had a 'secret prissy side' to me .. and i think it is starting to show more that i am older: When I'm An Olde Lady ..
