I am going to be one busy farmgirl!! Yikes!

I am going to be taking a semester of college at MSU-Billings and then I am going to transfer to Rocky Mountain College here in Billings.

This semester I am registered for 16 Credits- but next semester I will be starting work on my Masters of Accountancy degree AND my Equine degree! I am going to be in 7th Heaven!! I can't wait! I am so excited!!! I wish I could transfer into Rocky this semester but I think I need a semester to find a good day-care or find a good friend to watch Nora while I have to be away.

Alee....That is so great that you will be able to go back to school! I completed my Masters Degree when I was 50! Always used to tell our son....."Education is something noone can ever take away from you"! I hope everything works out! Bravo for You!

Until Later,
Audrey

Thanks! Maybe I will have to start a thread every Monday with the week's assignments and tick them off so I have all you ladies to be accountable to!

Good for you, Alee. You can do it! Especially with so many of your classes on line. You never know how things might work out by next semester and with Doug to help out when you have to burn the midnight oil to get your term papers done, you'll be just fine! You go, girlfriend!!!

Hey Alee, my hubby just got a scooter to go to work on for $1500. It gets 80 MPH & goes up to 65mph. We figure it will pay for itself pretty quick w/gas so high. Maybe you guys could look into something like that.
Congrats on the school..Gotta keep those brain cells motivated(although yours are young enough that they are still motivated)

The school daycare has a waiting list for about 3 years! Can you believe it?!

I only have to be out of the house for one hour each week- everything else is online. Next semester though- I am not sure how we are going to do it. I am sure Nora will have to be in some sort of day care and Doug might have to find a coworker to give him a ride home. We'll see though.

I am excited- I know it will be hard, but challenges are what keep us motivated, right?

Belle- I think it's great that you still go to college! I always love seeing people out of the "normal" range of college students taking courses!

Alee, seems like I should say something. I am so glad for you. I loved college. Still play around with it. Take a class now and then. And I'm 69 years old. I even get an old people schlorship!

Great for you Alee

Have you tried the school? Sometimes they have daycare as part of early childhood education or just because there's a need for it.

Good luck, Alee. I was a late college starter, and finished my music degree and lower education degree in 2005. Much luck. Study hard. Marly
