I forgot to ask you about doctors in Moscow! Felicia will need one to get Albuterol refills. I'll bet you know a good one, too.

Thanks, Alee. I have Felicia covered on my insurance, so no worries with that part. I just wanted her to have easy access to get another inhaler if she loses it or other simple things.

Hi Lisa-

Moscow Family Medicine and Moscow OB/GYN are in the same building but do not bill at the same time. They are different practices with different doctors. They are right across from the hospital and all the doctors, the hospital and OB/GYN work pretty closely together (like you might get sent to the hospital lab for blood draw)

There is a student health clinic on campus. It is just to the east of the main entrance to the Commons (kind of up a little hill). They us Physician Assistants and Practicing Nurses to staff the Student Health Clinic. They are usually really good and will pull in a more senior doctor if needed. Student Health insurance provided by the college takes care of almost everything and with a low co-pay.

Thanks, Alee. Are Moscow Family Medicine and Moscow Family OB/GYN in the same place? Also, is there a clinic at the university and what do you think of them?

Hi Lisa!

Moscow Family Medicine is where I went and I really like Dr. Spain. He is very kind and was Nora's pediatrician. He has a great nurse- Heidi who would always make sure we were squeezed in if we had a question or concern.

Also Moscow Family Ob/GYN is great. Dr. Thrin is who I recommend for the Womanly issues. She is a sweet doctor who took care of me during my pregnancy. She really cares about her patients.
