Hi Gals. To celebrate the almost end of summer I have decided to host an apron party on my blog. Please stop by and register for a free apron....no strings attached (except of course the ones to hold the apron on!) I will be drawing a name next Thursday, August 14th. Oh, and don't forget to wear your apron to my party!

Bev's drawing the name of a lucky lady to be the new care wearer of one of Bev's awsome aprons or should I say, piece of fabric art!
Good Luck to all who enter!

That is so much fun Bev!!! Your aprons are the most beautiful I have seen! I especially like the ones that say "Bread" on them...because my favorite thing to bake is bread...I think I may save up to buy one of the lovely little things. Great idea for the apron party!!

Beverly, hey! Your aprons are beyond gorgeous. At the level you are designing, please consider submitting to

1. Lark Books - there's a call out for submissions for an apron contest they are holding--here's the link:

http://larkbooks.com/crafts/Apron_contest

and

2. Stampington publication Belle Amore also has a call out for aprons. Here are the details:

TO WEAR AN APRON
The apron is no longer just for the kitchen. It is now an accessory that can be worn with jeans, over a skirt or even over a dress to add a splash of color and a layer of fun and intrigue. We challenge you to either construct aprons by creating your very own design, or artistically modifying an existing pattern. Once it’s constructed, add your signature embellishments to pull it all together. All apron submissions will be considered for publication in a future issue of Belle Armoire.

Both call outs have the deadline of August 15th.

Tie One On...an apron, of course!

Bev is great at whatever she does! I am lucky enough to own two necklaces that she made and they are just over the top beautiful! I get compliments whenever I wear them.
