My hubby created a dish last night that was a bit of this and a bit of that. He took some leftover marinated chicken breasts, added a dash of cinnamon, cooked them up with some zucchini, fresh squash, pickled squash, and olives. Sounds a bit weird but it was very tasty! I haven't been to the store in a while and he's very good at making something from a little of nothing.

When we were in Syracuse I had this stuffed haddock it was stuffed with shrimp and scallops and spinach and then topped with a light creamy sweet red pepper sauce, it was the best dish I have had in ages. I would love their recipe.

When you live on a farm, you can sometimes have so many vegetables at one time that you don't know what to make next. So, the other day I mixed up zucchini, yellow squash, tomatoes, garlic, onions, and threw in a half a bag of soy nuts and oh my gosh! It was fabulous! I could live on veggies! Susan

Bonjour, gal pals! We were invited to lunch with friends yesterday, and the husband really "knocked it out of the ball park" this time. (Lots of French men do alot of the cooking, and he really knows his way around the kitchen). Anyway, we feasted on pheasant with rice, and a truly light cream sauce with morel mushrooms and tarragon. The sauce was so good I could have drunk it from a cup.....gotta learn to make that one myself! P.S. My husband made the dessert! A cherry clafouti with fresh black cherries. Hugs, Nance

Good Morning FarmGirls! I've been entertaining my in-laws this week and with the bounty of the farmer's market, my dinner table has been scrumptious! I didn't put in a garden this year so I've been going to market regularly. We had one night a gorgeous tossed salad with mixed greens, cucumbers, carrots and cherries. I sauted 3 different kinds of squash with an onion and a whole bunch of garlic. Wow, very yummy! Veggies..so many amazing veggies. There you have it from No Worries Farm! ~julia hayes

The chicken enchiladas I had in San antonio. I tried my hand at making them myself and they were very good. The recipe is on my blog right now.
