I get that way really often.
Because of suffering from depression
and phsical and mental diseases and conditons
I take some medicine for the depression
It is helping quite a bit.
I find that
excersing. like strenghening with dumb bells
has helped
I am with the other ladies
creating something with my hands
I like to listen to music on my personal cd
also
I find The Bible verses will lift my spirits.

Chocolate, chickens and children... not necessarily in that order~
I love chocolate of any size or shape (except white choclate...) My chickens are a hoot! I love to watch them play around they are such a stress reliver (If you don't have chickens, and even if you do, check out MaryJane's chicken morning video!) and Children ~ actually child with grandChildren.... Rusty and Lisa with Rylie, Haylie and Kelsie are my reason for living!

I laugh! Either with hubby over something the kids/gandkids have done, or do something fun with either him (dancing naked is good, heather), or start a water fight with the kids, etc. If I'm all alone, which is rare ~ I either take a walk and pray or find something funny to read or watch ~ Carol Burnett reruns are good!

I go to my garden,walk in the fields or the forest. I also get in the car and blast my rock music,sometimes just a good cry helps.

Nothing soothes the soul better than chocolate! I just make something small--cocoa, chocolate milk--just a couple of minutes to myself with something chocolatey and I'm set right.

I keep moving....nothing like a little hard work to cure what ails ya! Usually gardening or cleaning...it works "the kinks" out! And I journal to get all "the negative thoughts" out on paper and out of my head.
