I did it!!!!! WOOHOO!!! I got a job and it is something that I think that I will enjoy. I'll be working with farmers again and doing accounting and marketing stuff. I'll be able to utilize my photography, editorial, bookkeeping, and general office skills. I had the interview today and the guy ended up offering the job. I'm beyond tickled pink...in fact I decided to pull a Heather and put on a fuschia pink shirt with black pants. That color must be lucky or makes a statement. haha.
I start this Friday as they are getting ready to switch over to a new computer system and they want me to see stuff beforehand so I know what it is and then we'll do the transition. I get my own little office (actually it's pretty good sized), brand new furniture and computer. Woohoo!
Can't you see I'm tickled pink. ;-)

Today was the first day and it went over better than I could imagine. I was very nervous, but it is very relaxed. Come Monday, I get brand spanking the computer with mega large screen. They are repainting the office and I already got a new desk and furniture. :) Can't beat that!
Zan - If that one doesn't work, there are several other positions with them. :)
Donna & Kate - Thanks for the congrats. In this day and age of the internet, I can't say much where I'm working at, but that it is an long established equine organization.
