I am trying to let my body dictate when I get up. There is nothing worse that jumping out of bed- heart hammering- wondering where the world is falling down at- only to find it's just the alarm clock!

So I get up sometime between 6am and 8am. This also depends heavily on Nora. If she wakes up early- I have to get up.

We have a breakfast of cereal and milk and immediately head outside. Nora runs around chasing the dog and investigating those things that catch the eye of a 1 1/2 year old. I water my garden, check on my seedlings, water the plants still in trays that need planted.

We then come back inside and I clean up from breakfast. I might wash up at this point or if I still have some cleaning to do, I clean and then get ready for the day.

While Nora naps, I check in with you ladies here, and then maybe get some more things done around the house. There is always cleaning of some sort, sorting and organizing of some sort, or letters to write!

I then fix us a lunch and we might head outside again or perhaps head to a park. If it is a bit too toasty to be outside then we will play inside with blocks and books.

Then it is time to cook dinner, go get Doug if I had the car that day. We eat dinner and Doug jumps into daddy mode so I can get a few more things done or just have some quiet time.

Then sometime after the sun has set I stumble into bed and fall asleep!

What are your days like?
