Are you a postitive person?
I try to be ; but I live certain negative people
I cannot stay away from these people
I have a problem with stress.
Question;
How do you all stay postitive even if you have to live with
negative people?

I'm a very positive person who is surrounded by negative people, and I know how hard it is to stay upbeat and not let them get me down. When they start in on their negativity, I'll just tune them out the best I can, or I'll remove myself from the room or house if I have to and do things that bring me happiness like putter around with my flower and veggie gardens, go sit out on my back deck and read or knit, bury myself in a good book or magazine, or go visit a fellow optomistic friend.

Just try not to spend too much energy on listening to them. Sort of let it roll off your back/ in one ear & out the other. I know what you mean though, I work with some people who complain about everything. I just have to tune it out and maybe try a feel sorry for them. They must be soooo miserable.

Yes but I seem to be surrounded by a lot of doubting Thomas'... but I will keep positive that I am living my life the right way and they have to live with themselves. I keep my distance and do my thang. Smile in your heart and you whole day is better.
