My hubby bought a quadrunner last weekend. He just got it working yesterday.. I didn't think I would even want to get on it but... I did and I love it! I even took off yesterday and went down the road and around the block, quite worried the daddyman.. All of the kids love it and now we know that we will have to get more- 1 for 6 people is just not enough.. And we live in the perfect place for riding- there are quadrunner trails all over the mountains..
Have you ever seen the video for Redneck Woman?? In the beginning she riding her atv in the mud.. Now that looks like fun! Not that we ever get enough rain here for mud but I could so totally see myself enjoying that! you can see pics of the family riding yesterday on my blog..

Thanks for the advice. I am constantly telling them to go slow. and won't let them do anything crazy- like go over a large log :-) I would be scared to do that lol! We want to get a little trailer to tow stuff. I think it was good that I rode it because I now know what it feels like- and can better explain to the kids how to ride it, where to go a bit slower etc...

Debra - sounds like you guys are having fun. Please please please be careful riding them. We have way too many accidents here in KY on them that you hear in the news. Back when I was 10 I flipped one over in our woods by trying to go over a large log. And if your kids are on it, have them to wear a helmet. I can't stress it enough.

I do love going muddin on one from time to time. We use to go all the time with some of the atv trails back home. ATV's can be handy too out in the field while trying to round up cattle or to do checks.
