In an interview when the ask "Do you have any questions?" I usually clarify hours, pay (if it is brought up), work environment (Clothing), etc but I want some seal the deal questions that make me seem interested. Usually, I do research on a company and try to come up with something that shows I at least took some interest. Tomorrow, I am interviewing with a hospital, so I went online and looked at their mission statement, what they do, etc.
What do you suggest???

I would ask about if there is room for advancement within the company...within your area of expertise. That means more responsibility and usually more $.

I usually ask why the position is open also. It's good to know whether the company is growing, or has a lot of turnover.
I try to find out in an interview whether the position has a future; in other words, is it a position that people stay in for years or a position that typically leads to advancement within a short time? Either one can be a good thing, depending on how good the position sounds to you.

Hope you get to feeling better. We moved 5 times in 16 months and I would get really sick after each move. I finally learned to drink tons of water, take an extra vitamin, sleep as much as I could and remember, those boxes can be unpacked later, you health is more important now. I also avoide the "junk" food diet we would eat while moving. I packed fruits, granola bars, yogurt so I wouldn't get my digestive track all messed up.

Doug (hubby) always asks the interviewer something along the lines of "How would you rate my interview on a scale of 1-10 and what could I do in the future to improve upon it?"

Believe it or not, I usually ask why there is a vacant position, if there is one--i.e., why did the person leave? And, if they're creating a position, I want to know why, also...is it (for example, the refinancing boom: many jobs were created and when the bottom fell out, they all lost them. I want to know up front the "why's" of the position--typically, folks are looking for longevity.
