Posted - Jun 23 2008 : 8:36:09 PM I have all sizes of A&W Root Beer mugs for anyone who is collecting them. From baby to papa sizes. We used to use them more than now and they're just taking up space in the cupboard. Yes, thrift shopping can be a wonderful thing to do all the time. If I manage to not hit at least one all week, it's like something is missing in my routine. Great finds, good for you. l have one piece of that brown/beige Pfaltzgraff if anyone collects that pattern. A container with a lid, not really sure what it was meant to be. Too tall for a sugar jar, not big enough for a canister.

Posted - Jun 23 2008 : 08:08:30 AM Janice, OK, got a little dizzy looking at those first few pictures, but I'M BACK NOW. You did have a good day. Its really hard not to go thrifting everyday. I try to limit myself to twice a week, and during garage sale season once a week. But everyday almost I say, wonder whats at the thrift today?? Now if you would retire up here, you could park your trailor in my yard we could go everyday. What are you going to do with all the hardware? I would guess your new house right? NANCY JO

Posted - Jun 23 2008 : 07:53:25 AM I love the cannister for Mary Janes (my favorite candy), but moreover those S&P shakers make me wanna shout! Too cute! I didn't thrift this weekend, but I did go to two yardsales on my street. Got a lovely old watercolor for a buck, and a vaseline glass shamrock dish for 25 cents.
You rock, Janice!
