Hey girls!

Well, I'm officially a Missus now and am slowly recovering from an exhausting but lovely weekend. No rain, but it was the hottest weekend of the year - upwards of 38C with loads of sticky humidity! With dollar store fans, an old parasol, and a steady breeze we all made it through.

I've posted some pictures on my blog. Here's a peek at the bride-

It sure was sweltering hot--but you looked gorgeous! Hope that pretty dress didn't get too dirty walking around out there on the farm!

The heat & ice cream will always be great memories for you both.

Best wishes,

Lori

What beautiful pictures...I love the shot with the chicks!

Oh...what a beautiful bride and handsome groom! Congratulations! I looked at your blog and you are very inspriing and thanks for the pictures....it's been a long time since I've been to a wedding and yours looked so beautiful! I love your "girls" and have always wanted some myself. I went to City Hall and they said I couldn't have any in town. People in LA are allowed to have hens....I must be living in the wrong place....maybe I'll sneak them in and disguise them as little dogs or cats. Have a great life with your handsome "fellar".

Thanks ladies! The fella and I are happy as clams. We've got leftovers pouring out of the fridge, and I've got the flowers all over the house. I'm amazed at how long the peonies are holding up in the heat- now I just have to go sort the recycling, bottles and cans everywhere- phew!

Cheers!

You two are adorable, even if you were melting! Congratulations to you and your new hubby. The photos are wonderful, especially the one with you and the chickens. :) Only a farmgirl would have that shot!
I love that you went for ice cream afterwards. That is the sweetest thing ever.
