My front porch furniture is wicker. All white. I held out for a long time because all I could find was the resin made to look like wicker and I wanted the real thing. It paid off because I not only got it but I got it on sale so mine is fairly new. I think this is our third summer to use it. I love it but I need to make some new pads for it. Yes, there is something comforting in the sound it makes when you settle into it. I'd love to find a wicker porch swing to complete my set.

I really like the feel & the SOUNDS of Wicker too! Something so comforting about it isn't it??

I only have a couple of pieces.. But I would just LOVE one day to have a Nice Sun room full of old interesting wicker pieces..

i love the sounds of a wicker chair or rocker as your setteling into it
& moving around in it!

I have some newer wicker. But my best piece is a very old outside wicker rocker. I don't keep it outside, but that was its pupose. I have a picture of Richard's Mom sitting in it when she was little. She is 90 now. I know the chair was far from new even then. So who knows how long its been around.

My guest room was all white wicker, but the full bed was changed to a white and gold metal daybed. Even the antique (yes, it's 100 years old) baby buggy is wicker. It looks so sweet with all the Boyd's bears and my dolls. A beige wicker large rocker is in this computer room filled with Boyds Bears wearing Harley baby clothes and jackets...the "masculine" touch. Have two more wicker buggies at the storage, one white and one black. They need to come here soon. The rocker, dresser and hamper are new wicker, the rest old.
