For those of you in Ohio, come up to the Lavender Festival at Daybreak Lavender Farm....June 20-22, in Streetsboro (the Akron/Canton/Kent area).

Darling husband and I will be 1st time volunteers there...we are going to be doing the Farm House Hospitality table....offering visitors to sample yummy lavender teas and goodies (as well as sneaking a taste too)yummy!

So go and check it out.....http://ohiolavenderfestival.com/

I am thinking about doing a story for a future issue in the MJF magazine if it was possible...not sure how to go about doing this but I thought that it would be a great idea writing about a festival from a volunteer's/spectator's point to view. I plan on taking pictures

That's crazy!!! You would think that since Portsmouth (and Cincinnati and NKY) are on the Ohio, and so close to Ashland that we would be a little better off. I've just been sooo concerned. Gosh $4.19 is insane!!!!

Thanks...Will be on the lookout for it. I so understand the gas thing (like the rest of us of course)...it is 3.99 at the one station near our place...however, we went out of town over the holiday to visit some of Tim's cousins that came in from Yuma, AZ to camp and visit family (Portsmouth)and it is 4.19 there for regular!!!!
