Keep your farmgirl fingers crossed. It is something I can do without too much stress. Wish me luck. I haven't applied for a job in over 5 years (military doesn't count but if I can survive that, I can do anything!!!)

3 Working days sounds reasonable to me......Being it is for the summer they are going to be setting up interviews pretty soon, I would think. Enthusiasm should definately be a bonus! Good Luck, Heather!

Gosh Farmgals!! I hope so. I hope it all works out. They just had an online application and they don't want resumes (yet) so I made sure my USN was hi-lited and my honorable discharge was noted.

How long should I wait before I call? 3 working days? 1 week? I haven't done this in a long time.

It is working at the local waterpark doing human resource stuff. My military experience puts me way over the "must be able to supervise, direct, train, hire, and initiate programs" qualification. I am a good judge of character and I was responsible for doing the evaluations of over 120 personnel back in my hey day...sounds like I am applying here.. HA!!!

I am definitely a people person and I am good at organizing and getting things done. It is perfect for me. I don't need the benefits so I can ask for a little more $$$ per hour. I am up front, honest and in your face when necessary. Does that all sound good? Would you hire me???

HA!!!
