I am having my first giveaway on my blog this week. It is a really cute China Tea Cup and Sauce that I have made into a bird feeder. I am a gardening nut and I am always making unusual cute things for my garden. I would love to give this away to one of my Farmgirl friends. Come on over and take a look how cute this is and leave a comment on my blog. If you also leave a reply to this post, you will be entered in twice!
Love, Anne Fannie

Well Miss Annie Fannie ~ that is just about the most clever bird feeder I've ever seen. I love it! I really enjoyed your post about attracting birds to your yard and your large collection of feeders. I am just beginning my journey into making our "outdoor room" a wildlife haven and I'm having so much fun.

Blessings, Lea

Hi!

I just came back from visiting your blog. Your yard and gardens are absolutely beautiful!! I love it that your backyard is a Certified Backyard Habitat. I have a 15 yo daughter that would love to do that with our yard. She loves bird watching and loved watching that show Backyard Habitat when it was on TV. Every year we try to do a bit more to the yard and gardens, but I don't think we are anywhere near being able to be certified.

Hve you ever thought of submitting your story and photos to the Birds & Blooms magazine?

~~Anne

Hey girlie that is so fun! Girl I wish you were in my town we have had "birdwalk week" where all forms of bird art is around. We have all types of birdhouses. I'd take a pic and put it on my blog but I can't find my cord to hook the cam to the comp. :( You'd love it! :)

Hi Ronna, no I don't know Caton Carneiro. Sorry. My yard is unusual for Southern California. It is 3 acres, you don't find that big of a yard in Southern California. It was once a avocado farm. We were the only ones here till they started building homes all around us!

Beautiful blog! Might you possibly know Caton Carneiro, who lives in Corona also? I know it's not a tiny town, but stranger things have happened. Actually, your yard looks more like I'd expect to see in the south, not SoCal.
