I would like to apologize to each farm girl that I agreed to participate in a swap with. Earlier this year my dad pasted away unexpectedly and I was left very unprepared to take over the farm and settle his estate.

I have been battling depression since my dad died and feel that I am finally getting control of my life again. If I owe any of you a swap item please e-mail me privately and I will make the swap.

Donna,
I am just so glad to see you again. I was wondering how you were doing the other day. So glad that you are back here and hugs to you.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss, struggles, and depression. My heart goes out to you. I hope you find/make lots of opportunities to pause and enjoy a season of growing, and the love of your family. Getting out and working with nature always lifts my spirits...I hope you find those things that get you smiling again too. hug.

So Sorry to hear about your Dad Sweetie..
Wish we had known so we could be there more for you..

Remember you don't have to go it alone Girl..
Sure I know there's a time when all you want to do is withdraw & be left alone.. But then there's a point when the Bonds & close friendships you've made can truly be the rock you need to hold on to & lean on during such a huge loss as a parent.. I know you'll have found some girls here that you can rely on for that! Just let us know when you need us Kiddo.. & what we can do for ya.. we're here..

All my love..

Kathie

Donna, Not to worry. Sometimes the little things have to be put aside until the right time comes. Chin up, we are here to help you. Maybe we could meet at the Midwest Fiber and Folk Art show (www.FiberAndFolk.com) for some good old fun. It's in July. Hugs to you!!!

Thanks! I'm back to getting up early and wanting to get things done. For the longest time it was all I could do to get out of bed and face the day. Now to meet some of you farm girls in person would be the best gift I could receive during the rest of 2008.

Donna-

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. My heart goes out to you. I don't think any farmgirl will hold it against you at all if you were part of a swap!

You know, Donna, stuff happens and sometimes it's all we can do to handle it without piling some fairly insignificant (compared to what's happening) stuff on top of it. I don't recall if you were in any swap that I was in or not, but knowing all of these gals - I'm sure you're happily forgiven and we all understand. Hugs.
