Posted - May 13 2008 : 11:40:46 AM I potted up a lot of plants the last few days. This is how the front porch looks so far. I will be adding more. I will take pictures of the back sometime soon, that is my favorite area. I would say that 80 percent of the stuff is thrift or garage sale. NANCY JO

Posted - May 13 2008 : 5:52:26 PM Your front porch looks real nice, Nancy Jo. I like putting pots on the steps. I have my bedding plants for my containers and I just have to wait until it stops raining to repot them. That might be in August since we've had SO much rain. hahahaha MB

Posted - May 13 2008 : 3:58:38 PM Nancy Jo, your porch looks great, mine is still glassed in, I'll have to have my son put the screens on soon because the bugs have definitely arrived. Tooo early to put anything really pretty out, but my daughter and I have been weeding the strawberry bed and checking the progress of the perennials that have finally emerged from their winter sleep. I love all the baskets and containers, and your old green chair....Karin

Just the kind of place I would love to sit and relax in. :) Speaking of porches, I was delighted to find your sweet gift on mine today. The pillow is adorable! I love it!! Thank you so much. I have a special place already for it in my craft room. That's where I keep all of my farmgirl things. I'm going to have to move to a bigger room soon though!lol
