Posted - May 07 2008 : 07:43:43 AM Well I thought it was cute anyway. posted a picture. I was outside early planting flowers, with an apron on I might add. Planted up lots and lots of pots, and a wheel barrow. Also bought three big hanging plants. Still have to get more, but thats it for today. I think! NEVER KNOW. Going to the thrift tomorrow with my friend. Will see if I can find some kind of interesting containers for plants. If not I have no doubt there will be something else there. NANCY JO

Posted - May 07 2008 : 3:12:46 PM Tracy, That was a pattern. My free hand would look like something a pre schooler would do. or maybe not even that good. Karin, is this the white kitty we are talking about? NANCY JO

Posted - May 07 2008 : 3:03:09 PM Nancy Jo- That's adorable! And your cake looks lovely too. :) I made one last week and it was a big hit. Our cat thought so too, and pulled the dish off the dining room table during the night. Cake bits everywhere. Bad kitty.

Posted - May 07 2008 : 10:43:40 AM kARIN, so sorry about the cake accident. Guess its flavor and shape just aren't the same after that. I would have been in tears. Well trust me its worth trying again. Very good. In fact I feel a little woozy from eating too much of it. Thank you girls for your kind comments, I haven't been doing as much needlework, been outside more and also seem to be on a reading thing. NANCY JO

Posted - May 07 2008 : 08:47:47 AM I love your embroidery with the buttons, very nice! I made Sugar Plum's cake too, but as I was taking it out of the oven it flew right out of my hands, smashing my favorite old baking dish and splattering hot cake everywhere...Sometimes my fingers just don't obey orders..it sure smelled good though...Karin
