Posted - Apr 29 2008 : 8:22:03 PM Tomorrow, Willie Hugh Nelson will be 75 years old. He's in the Netherlands, so we'll have to celebrate without him. He still puts on a great concert..can you tell I'm a huge fan? Kids and I saw him and Merle Haggard in Reno in Feb and both still "have it". |

Posted - Apr 29 2008 : 9:01:40 PM Samantha, Those things we "learn" as kids stick with us, true or not. My daughter was sure Waylon was in love with her, cause he signed a photo for her "To Lori with love, Waylon". Hard to remember, he probably gave her a hug too, will have to ask her. She thought it was so cool that her mother was dating his bass player and her friends likely had no clue who Waylon was :) Long time ago, whole lotta water under those bridges. |
