CabinCreek-Kentucky	Posted - Apr 25 2008 : 01:45:33 AM jus' posted this (along with lots of photos) of Cathy's wonderful COBBLESTONE FARM to the ya-ya's ..here's the story of what fun i had and all the treasures i found. ++++++++++++++++++++ GURLZ .. i can't tell you how blessed i feel we are here in Green County to have two ADORABLE shoppes where we can get 'charming' gifts for ourselves and our loved ones. After my visit at Glovers' Station .. i've ventured down the road to Cobblestone Farms owned by our own dear little Cathy Murray. blogsite for Cathy: www.cobblestonefarms.blogspot.com what a welcoming sight! there are spring flowers everywhere .. and Cathy has such a perfect way of displaying them. this little flowery tiered stand for your 'sweet treats' keeps tugging at my heartstrings! i've never seen one cuter!!! and like the Peacock .. Cobblestone has the most beautiful spring/summer wreaths i've seen anywhere! Precious towels and pillow cases .. some vintage .. some done by her own 'grammie' .. and what adorable 'plant holders! i'm thinking of getting some of these to line wednesday's garden! aren't they just precious! OHHHHHHHHH .. and i ADORE this!!! what more dear way to record the 'milestones' of your child's baby years! This would be a forever treasure! Cobblestone also has the sweeeeeeeeetest BOOKS! A friend creates these one-of-a-kind little girl's dresses! So cute! oh .. looky .. for the 'little farmgirl'!! OH .. AND ADA MAE'S APRONS ARE DIVINE! Each has it's very own personality! And her color-combinations and fabric patterns and quality are the BEST! All of her aprons are absolutely adorable for not only HOME wear .. but as cute pinafores over our dress, skirt or jeans when we go to town! http://i221.photobucket.com/albums/dd212/FREEDOM-VALLEY-FARM/IMG_5433.jpg ohhhhhhhh .. now THIS was my FAV .. and it is indeed hard to choose jus' ONE fav! I'm thinkin' when i go back for those wonderful mixing bowls for Wednesday .. hopefully, this one will still be there .. and i'm gonna' bring it home! GOSH! i best e-mail miz cathy right now and ask her to hold them for me!!! OH .. ya'll jus' gotta' come visit Cathy's shoppe. When MaryJane and family visited there with me last year .. we all found special precious treasures! what a wonderful large pocket and patterns!!!! how cute this one is!!! check out all the little 'details' Ada Mae adds to her aprons! love the bright summer shades of this cutie-patootie! SPRINGTIME RABBITS! Cobblestone's smells divine .. with handmade soaps and candles! another whimsical wreath .. soft shades of green like new spring grass. another style of cute 'bug and bee' plant sticks! i especially love the BEEEEZ how dear for a wedding or anniversary! soooooooo CHARMING! took a few photos of Cobblestone Fleurs i buy most of my plants from Cathy!! (I GOT THIS DOOR TWIGGY POCKET AND FLOWERS) another cute little table topping display i bought this tall plant stand .. it also comes off and you can put it in a wreath. Gonna' put it in my SUNFLOWER GARDEN wondeful colorful boxes for plants or to gather other treasures in one place! what a sweet little pot! i LOVE these .. i think i'm going back to get them for Wednesday!! how clever cathy is .. i'm going to look for olde boots to put plants in too! If you will let me know when you are going to Cathy Cobblestone's next week I will try to be there. We are going to be in some crop planting, so I'll just have to see. Love your new chillun. I still want a patriotic one. If you have one or make one between now and when you come to Cathy's, please bring it with you. cathy cobblestone	Posted - Apr 25 2008 : 06:30:34 AM Well, I simply don't know what to say. Miss Frannie, if everyone lifted each other up like you do the world would be such a wonderful place. Thank you for always sharing such kind words - somebody would probably think I PAID you to say these things - Ha Ha. Right now the shop needs tending to, but I'm doing the best I can just to keep all the flowers watered - but I wouldn't trade it 'cause I dearly love it. I'll show you all pictures of the greenhouse in the next few days. Again, thanks to everyone who visits me on the blog - what an absolute joy that has been - I love sharing with you guys.
