Posted - Apr 21 2008 : 09:49:03 AM I had an experience this last weekend that I think many of you may appreciate. I blogged about it this morning.
I know that alot of the girls here strive to live as green as possible, as do I. I hope that the post doesn't offend anyone.
Oil and Gas is a big employer in this area and it is hard to find somewhere to work with decent pay outside of the industry. I wanted to post about the cool stuff I am learning about the industry, since we usually hear the negative stuff.
Posted only with the best intentions,

Posted - Apr 21 2008 : 10:23:48 AM One of the things I find so facinating about being a"farmgirl" is that we all have such different environments to get to do that in...which is such a try "farm" thing.. each farm is different and what works one place may not work the other... if each of us committ to simply being the best "farmgirl we can be" then..............what a world!!! I just interviewed a guy in Sunnyside WA who is growing canola ( rape seed) for bio fuels....I am never quit get over how amazing people are...... you know!
