Posted - Apr 19 2008 : 5:03:22 PM I love him. He and I have the same birthday! My uncle is a former impersonator and on my 8th birthday (my golden birthday) he came dressed as Elvis and serenaded me! I use to pretend as a kid that I was Pricilla even. I love him so much I can't even tell you!

Posted - Apr 19 2008 : 4:08:11 PM Both my mom and my best friend, Ron, are Elvis lovers! Actually, Ron went to a New Years Eve party this year dressed as the all black leather clad come-back show Elvis (it was a theme party) if that tells you anything. When I was younger, I was going through photos and apparently, my mom was SO enamoured of Elvis that she took polaroid pictures of his comeback concert on television! So, lots of polaroids of our big ole' tv with Elvis face.

Posted - Apr 19 2008 : 4:04:28 PM Yep, sure do..I was at a dinner performance in 2006 & the imposter was terrific.
But... My hubby and I actually got to see the real Elvis in Live performance in L.A., back in the 70's,,so glad we did, 'cuz sadly he died about a year later. His performance was awesome! at one point while singing he forgot the words and started ad-libbing,,,it was a riot,,,he laughed at himself, his back up people laughed and so did everyone else in the audiance. I still like watching old Elvis & Doris Day movies althouh they are far & few between...I should go on Amazon .com and find some to add to my collection(I am also a 'The Monsters" fan...ok, call me goofy!.)
