The receptionist just came down with a lovely bright yellow watering can full of English Ivy and a little pink plant called a Kalanchoe that resembles a hydrangea...I thought, "now who would do that? Maybe a client or something...and imagine my surprise (and tears) when it was from my husband ...he has never sent me flowers at work.

The card reads, "To my happy gardener, hope this helps your day blossom brightly!" And I can't type because I'm STILL crying!!!!

Honey, you are a very fortunate lady!! Your man listens to you and knows when you need a bit of cheering up. It doesn't get any better than that.

Hugs MJ

Thanks for sharing my treat, today girls...I'm really happy! I guess I'll have to come up with special dinner tonight to thank him :) Romance is so nice in the Spring, right? Well, it's nice anytime, but the bees are at it, the birds at it....:)

What a sweet man you have there, Jonni! And it sounds so "you". If Doug ever buys me flowers, he just brings them to be in cellophane! LOL

What a sweetheart, especially after your traumatic encounter with that SUV ... I'll bet Jus had his own heart in his throat at the thought of losing you...

Thanks for sharing his thoughtfulness with us!

Lucky girl! ;) And I can think of not one, but two reasons. 1. He's a romantic guy(again I say...'Lucky girl!') and 2. He loves you! (smart guy! )

How very thoughtful of him! I think surprises like this for no other reason than 'just because' are the best. I think that was very sweet!
