You are so kind. You know, whenever we are all here in "farmgirl-land" I DO feel like all is fine!

I'm just thinking about how I might create a photo journal... Oh, oh - I can hear some bleating that is sounding like it's coming from the yard...instead of the pasture...geez. See ya'!!!

Okay - just though I'd report back. They WERE out, and a crazy jogger (the timing. we probably have ONE jogger in town) just scared them right down the canal road RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE JUST ABOUT TO GO BACK IN THE PASTURE BY THEMSELVES!!!!!!!

I just called my husband, and a couple of old farmers in a truck (Hooray! Saved!!!) just pulled up. I think I'm gonna be okay...

XOXO, Libbie

So glad to hear from you, Anne! Hoping that things slow down for you sooner than later, but that you're enjoying every minute of the circle of life. Sorry to hear of the loss of the babe, but we know that is how it goes.

Can't wait to see your photo journal ;)

Farmgirl Sister #80, thanks to a very special farmgirl from the Bluegrass..."She was built like a watch, a study in balance ... with a neck and head so refined, like a drawing by DaVinci"...

Hi, gals!!! I have just been overtaken by springtime on the farm - you are all so sweet, and I'm so sorry to have left this forum "hanging." I love y'all so much, and treasure our chats and friendships... I kind of feel like a heel - AND, I've been so busy. We have had around 100 ewes lambing - including the one I got from Aunt Jenny, Bonnie, who had...TRIPLETS!!! Unfortunately, only two survived, but they are darling. One boy and one girl, both all black with a little dot of white on the top of their heads - like they'd been kissed by a little angel.

Anyhoo - I'm on the farm, doing the farmwife, farmgirl, farmmom thing and thinking of you all. I'll be "back in the saddle" here soon - just a few more ewes to go!

Love, love, love - and I am so touched that you all would wonder about me. I just think you're all the greatest.

XOXO, Libbie

There are several that I've wondered about. Has anyone heard from Joy (downbranchroad)?? If any of you gals see this - we hope that everything is fine!

Haha, and while we're at it, what about Dalyn "The Queen of Quite ALot" who has Hick Chicks soap barn? Hmmm, maybe we should retitle this thread "where in the world is..??"
